Displays a floating HUD button that opens ServerBridge only when conditions are met, such as being in a safe zone or TC authorised. Fully configurable with permissions and safety checks.

Purpose:
Allows the HUD button to appear and be usable.

Purpose:
Grants admin bypass access.
Bypasses:
Safe zone / TC checks
Raid block checks
State checks (dead, wounded, mounted, swimming)
